Caravels almost didn't make it here. Less than a week after embarking from their home base of Henderson, NV, their van took a major L and left them stranded in Gallup, NM. Fortunately for all of us, an outpouring of support soon followed in the form of monetary donations, allowing them to make the necessary repairs and continue on. This kind of groundswell of appreciation from loyal fans is exactly what fuels the band; between this, their admirable DIY touring schedule and their intriguing songwriting, it's no surprise they caught the attention of Boston-based Topshelf Records.

The guys were nice enough to stop by The Office and lay down a quick live set (including one unreleased new song) before we all headed over to their show at the Dirty Douglas in Lowell, MA. Enjoy.
